What should you be doing more of?

"The Iceman," is a Dutch extreme athlete who is known for his ability to withstand extreme cold temperatures, and he has arrived on the scene. In the past couple of years, Whim is taking over the curiosity of many health enthusiasts. If you don't know him, he is uses CHRIOTHERAPY. He purposefully exposes himself to very cold temperatures for extended periods of time. All of this while focusing on BREATHING and overloading the body with fresh oxygen however possible.

This iceman method or technique is rudimental and fearless. This process has a remarkable ability to boost the immune system, releases a surge of adrenaline and other stress hormones.
